The 2011 meeting aims to bring together researchers, developers, practitioners, and business executives from all over the world.

Registration

All delegates are required to pre-register for the Meeting. Please ensure to refer to the registration fees and payment deadlines. All fees are quoted in $US only. Click below to register.

Session Payment

All registration prices are quoted in US dollars. Please refer to the terms and conditions on payment within your registration form.

Session Payment is accepted via MasterCard, Visa and Amex.

If your are paying by Amex there will be an additional $15.00 processing fee.

Please return your Amex credit authorisation form to the Meeting Managers. This form is available in the payment section of the online registration form.

Registration Fee Deadlines

Before 27 July 2011 will incur an US$110 cancellation fee
Before 31 August 2011 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid
After 31 August 2011 there will be no refunds

Accommodation

This year the Meeting Managers are not be accepting direct bookings for meeting accommodation. Accommodation will be arranged by Nippon Travel Agency, Okinawa.

Accommodation Booking

Please note: Online accommodation bookings are required prior to August 15, 2011. After which, the availability of rooms cannot be guaranteed. Be sure to book early!
