These tours, designed by arinex Destination Management (license No. 2TA001144), are for participating delegates and accompanying persons of the 8th Asian & Oceanian Epilepsy Congress (AOEC).
Reservations should reach arinex Destination Management no later than 3 September 2010 and full payment is required at that time. No space on tours will be reserved without payment.
Bookings will be acknowledged and participants advised of final details. If minimum numbers are not achieved, alternative arrangements or a complete refund of the published tour price will be made.
Airfares are not included in the ground cost of the tour. Our in-house travel agent will provide a quote for your domestic flights; please contact Congress Managers for information on suggested flights.
Prior to 15 September 2010, full refund less A$100.00 administration fee. After this date no refunds will be applicable.
If bookings are received for post tours after 15 September 2010, a late fee of A$100.00 per booking will be applicable.

Rates do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you book your accommodation for the congress and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the congress, or through cancellation of the congress, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Australia, failure to utilise tours or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Accommodation and Tours Managers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
